Have you ever heard of “Shibori Indigo Dyeing”?
We are offering you an opportunity to experience this amazing dyeing technique that dates back to the 8th century. Join us in Asakusa and experience one of Japan’s oldest dyeing techniques.
In this workshop, you will learn Shibori techniques such as binding, stitching, wringing and twisting. With the traditional indigo-blue, you will be able to create and take home your design that you will be making on a Tenugui (Japanese handkerchief).

Fee: 3,600 yen
Number of participants: up to 25 people

**Please arrive by 11:10 at Asakusa station (meet-up information will be given out at a later time)

– Full fees will be charged for cancelation notices made from the 13th of October onwards.
