Iaido is a Japanese martial art that “assumes” that you’re in front of a dangerous enemy. This martial art teaches you to be aware, and capable of quickly drawing the sword and responding to a sudden attack along with the correct etiquette and postures to do it smoothly.
This kind of dojos rarely allows beginners to use a Japanese sword 真剣 (Shinken) – but you’ll get to experience it with us!

Ikebana experience: japanese flower arrangement

Ever wondered what makes Ikebana unique? Join us and learn the history of Ikebana, the different styles, and their origins, and learn how to arrange them in the Japanese way. Bonus: You get to bring home the flowers after class!

Teacher: Haruyo Fukuchi
